Terms of application use
Summary: we don't collect any data about our app users, and data in Achiever stores locally on your device, so nobody but you (or anybody who has yor smartphone) can access it.
Personal data
We don't need to collect any information in order for you to use the app. Any data inside the Achiever app can't be accessed by anyone but you since it is only stored locally on your device. You can freely export your data from Achiever app to use it as a backup, to analyze your data in a spreadsheet program, or to continue tracking with it separately from the app.
Push notifications
We do not use push notifications on your phone to interrupt your day with marketing messages. We only send push notifications that you have scheduled yourself in the app to help you with your goals.
Subscription terms
Achiever has an auto-renewing monthly subscription for unlimited goal and habit tracking and other premium features (you can find the full list here). Achiever also offers a lifetime subscription which is paid for by a one-time upfront payment with unlimited access to all premium features forever.
Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your iTunes or Google Account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You may manage your subscription and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the Achiever Settings after the purchase.
